The lady that helped us was nice, but took us to the wrong truck at first and then figured that out and got us to the right truck. When you drive up to the location to pick up the truck, there is no good or safe place to park without parking in front of the gate to their mini storage area. I had to park there for a couple of minutes and then somebody needed in the gate so I had to move my vehicle that I drove there with to a parking lot of a business next-door.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe van had a very large cargo capacity and was easy to drive. The person at the dealership was very nice and very helpful!
Kevin DFirst time renting new equipment, under 500 miles, awesome experience. Company rep was very professional with excellent people skills, very impressed with the overall experience.
Mark BThe truck was clean but too beat up with over 169K miles. However, the customer service was great.
Jagminder SDon’t understand why I always get over charged . They say $19.99 a day then why the heck was I charged almost $200.00 for two days . I will not use UHaul again .
