This was a parking lot that we needed to use the app. Air conditioning went out 2 hours into our 20 hour journey so windows down the whole way in 90 degree weather and rain. We picked up a trailer in OHIO for a shared program and that facility we asked if they could charge the AC and they said that don't do that here.so we went on.it was very hot and we only got 6 miles to the gallon, the check engine light came on the last 50 miles of the journey.

I didn’t have a problem with the location only the air and this app is terrible. I did not get a dolly and the location was closed.

Mike KAgent wasn't there at contracted time of 10 o'clock according to an email I received. No one else was in the office that could help. A key wasn't left for unrelated work to find. Agent said he would return when he was done on a service call. No specific time.
