Ryan BThe clerk was friendly but they do multiple jobs and I had to wait until they were done with their other tasks before he could help me. The first person greeted us after standing there for two minutes but she could not help us. Then they still needed to check the truck in from the previous person. Instead of going right out to do it they stopped to talk with another coworker. When he came back in he appeared to be stumping through the process in the computer. They only had one truck but luckyly I only needed it for an hour so I could use it. They could not provide me a paper receipt or paper contract because their print does not work. I did not sign any documents. There was a text confirmation but it was confusing and did not work the way the sales person described it. The sales person never quoted a rental price for the truck to me prior to rental and never gave an estimated cost based on miles. He did not explain the price would be different based on how far we drove. I could not figure out how to adjust the mirrors in the truck. It would have been helpful if the sale clerk had come out side with us when we went to the truck to confirm we were alset and to answer any questions we had.
