Employee/owner was courteous and helpful. Location is hard to find and traffic heavy for pulling a trailer.

NISHERA SWhen we pulled up the the lot the guy working there was extremely rude and told us we couldn’t park the U-Haul there because the lot was full. As soon as we pulled up the the lot he started yelling at us asking us what we were doing there and that we needed to go away. We had to show him the contract with U-Haul saying that was where we were supposed to drop the van off. I guess he was getting ready to leave and didn’t want to service us but after a lot of back and forth he told us to park the van on the street and he would move it so that’s what we did. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
