Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gas tank was 1/4 full (4 bars). I returned it with 4 bars and was charged for 3 gallons $18. There was also a bag of trash between the seats. Never had a rental that wasn’t full on gas and had garbage in the cab.
Joseph oThe self check in and check out process was beyond frustrating and horrible. Not sure how this location is when open but I would never do another rental using the app when closed. App kept crashing and making me restart both the check in and check out process multiple times, at least 5 times. Absolutely absurd
LORENZO DUpon arrival, truck presented had “check engine” light illuminated, needed to be towed away from my residence the next day due to leaking gasoline. Clearly, the truck SHOULD have been out of service. Another truck was re-presented to me the next day, it was older but traveled and moved my family to Florida without issues.
Michael RThis vehicle leaked during a rainstorm while parked, damaging the couch that was inside at the time.
