The inside of the truck's cab was filthy. The steering wheel was dirty and sticky. The cupholders were partially filled with a sticky substance. The inside of the windows were so dirty that I was forced to pull off the road and clean them as I couldn't see in the morning sun. I was not instructed on the operation of the windshield wipers or headlights. I will never again rent from this location.

Uhaul Corporate, stay out of it. you kept sending me messages that I needed to pick up the trailer from another location. When I contacted Lidke Motors, they told me that they would have it for me as scheduled. You kept sending me messages. Leave me alone. You do not do anything about your screw ups, anyway. That is why I only talk to our local guy.

Theses people were very pleasant to talk with, I called to confirm that I was going to drop the truck off Saturday after their business hours, and asked them where I should park the truck and where I need to put the keys. They explained what to do.

The guy here was helpful. My contract said I had 3 days to return the truck when I got it there a full day early, this guy helped get rid of the $40 extra day charge that showed up. Over-all this has been the single worst u-haul experience I've ever had. Not having a truck for the reservation I made the previous week and then changing my pick up location to an hour away the morning of the rescheduled reservation then giving me 3 days but trying to charge me an extra day fee when I returned in two days. U-haul, you got some work to do. I'll never use your service again if I can help it!

I will only do Uhaul rental through a local dealer. This dealer is always very good. I still have a bad taste from Uhaul corporate. They did not have the courtesy to contact me back after their review(or the guts).

dropped off after hours , gas was at half tank ( that's where it was when I picked up) . they charged me for bringing it in under a half tank. Next time will use different company.

The running lights were not working, but the stop lights and turn signals did work so it was OK to use as i used it during the daylight hours.
