The staff member who signed us out the trailer was rude and refused to listen to what I was saying to him until I had got someone from corporate on the phone. Then he proceeded to take his time with everything even though we told him we were already two hours behind schedule.

DAVID DI’m guessing that they’re pretty new at this, but the representative was very helpful. The phone call I received from U-Haul the next day felt accusatory, since I wasn’t asked to sign anything at the pick-up location (not my fault and, again, I think Rosati’s is fairly new to the process, so maybe some additional training would be helpful).
