Not blaming Beacon Supply, but I reserved a truck from the Pleasant Hills Uhaul location that is less than 1 mile from my house. Instead, I had to drive 23 miles to pick up the truck. Moving is already stressful without wasting 2 hours to pick up the Uhaul truck. I was told that it was "just a little further" than my preferred location. It was a waste of time and gas and totally added to my stress level.

Very easy to deal with, truck worked as advertised and everything was carefully explained. Pick-up was quick and efficient, as was the return. I will be using this location again in the future for moving needs.
