The store was a few minutes behind schedule for opening, still within a reasonable margin. We started as mobile pickup but ended up using the counter. Keys to our equipment were in drop box so it wasn’t going to work anyway!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only problem I had was that I asked the lady if the small truck had a pull out ramp and she said she thought so but when I got home it didn’t so it made it harder for us.
Penny IMy experience was easy from pickup to drop off. I had an experienced person clerking the transition though. Experience matters I guess.
Walter SEvidently the truck that I was supposed to have was not returned. The young lady who was working did not know what to do since she only works one day a week. It took over a half hour for me to get the other truck that was at the store. She made phone call after phone call trying to figure out what was going to happen, so I lost time on my rental that I could have been using for the move. It all worked out, but when a guaranteee is a guarantee, I should not have had to wait that long to get a truck that I was supposed to have.
matt kFast, smooth transaction
