The gentleman was very kind. He guided me where to put the trailer, looked it over, assisted with unhooking it from my vehicle and then proceeded to check me out. Wonderful, smooth and perfect drop off.

William CYour app experience is utter shit. I spent an hour and a half dealing with different representatives on the phone and then the owner of the pickup location who was the only one that actually made any progress. The steps followed by phone with u haul directly led no closer to actually picking up the trailer. If not for the staff at the pickup location I have no faith I would have ever gotten the trailer I reserved. I have no intention on ever renting through your app ever again.
