I think check-in would be lot more efficient and easier if the u-aul rep didn't have to print 10 to 15 pages of a contract that is given to me before taking possession of the U-Haul.. Instead of printing up all that and wasting that paper make more sense sending that contract to my email.. other than that, check-in's pretty with a reservation

Michael DThere were only two U-Haul trucks at this location, which was an oil changing facility that was not the cleanest. The truck that had been reserved for us had a broken mirror so we were not able to take it and had to take the other one that was left, which had not been cleaned out was hard to drive and less than desirable for a very long trip from Tennessee to North Carolina. The truck we took was dirty because it had a lock on it which the men at the place we picked it up at had to call their manager and then we waited 45 minutes for them to finally get the truck unlocked so we could take it.

Paul SThe U-Haul app needs work. I was unable to start the pickup process through it nor was I able to start the return process through it. I had to do everything through the website, which is fine, but everything kept referring me to the app - that didn’t have the actions available I needed.
