Location and customer service was great - zero complaints there. The equipment needs some serious attention. With an empty trailer, once I hit around 16MPH the trailer would start violently shaking. Getting up to more speed it would somewhat subside but not completely. A loaded trailer still had some issues too. Luckily I was only doing a couple in town runs, but it was still a major headache If I had to guess, it is the driver side tire.

Prince at Valero rental was very helpful. I recommend this location.
Dennise Rthe inside of the trailer needs to be washed. The person that checked me in didn't even walk outside with me to look at the trailer or help me set it up. He just pointed outside and said the trailer is out there. Thought the service was NOT that great. It was much better at the dropoff loacation.
max bextremely expensive for 6 hrs of use
Theresa LU-Haul changed my pickup location without notifying me. Not far away, but still, not what I reserved. Location did not have piano dollies available for rent. We were moving two pianos.
