The key was not in the box. I reserved 8 am pickup but I had to wait until almost 9 for store manager to show up and help me get keys out of a different box. There were three key boxes at the facility. Also the manager claimed that the keys were not his problem. He said he doesn’t have to make sure they are in the right box. Very frustrating to try and pick up with mobile device.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI appreciate the kind humanity treatment of Jerson the incharge person of the Berwyn location.Sensing our frustration and anxiety he took extra mile of kindness and compassion to help us. His attitude is an asset to your business also. I always try to see the positive and good side of each personal encounter
Araceli OI was very dissappointed with the guy in charge here. i have a call log from him way after the fact in which he informs me that he work and job owns the trucks and no one is allowed a single trip with different drop off locations. the guy never informed me of this until the call way after. it came at a somewhat inconvenience and angered me. the guy there only said the place was meant to be a self service but that was it. he seemed uninformed and as if he wanted to remain unbothered. i would not recommend this place instead ill tell people to go to a nromal rent a u haul place.... this guy here needs to be replaced for real.
