While I was informed the pickup location before I arrived, I was not informed the pickup location would not have the requested pads. I had to make a separate trip to the spruce hills location. Not good…. And when spruce hills asked how many padsI reserved, I said one package. She said okay 6;pads but my contact said 12;pads.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe tru k had twenty some wet moving blankets in the back, all over the floor. During check out I was told I'd reserved dolly, appliance dolly and moving blankets, I had not. My reservation was moved from one location to another because of a mechanical issue. I don't know if that affected my reservation or not.

Megan BThey opened late the place was a dump and the associate had no clue what they were doing. I had to hook the trailer to my truck for them as he had no idea how to do it. The definitely do not represent your brand well
Brian PWhen we opened the back door there was a lot of blankets in it and a dolly which we had said we did not want. There was also a big heavy floor jack in the back. There was candy in the back and confetti, we had to sweep it out before we loaded it. So it was cleaner when we returned it then when we got it. The cab was clean.
