Our reservation was moved to this location from Susanville, 80 miles away on a slow windy road, I was told I would get reimbursed and called by a manager. I never got called back. I had to call myself and speak to four different people to get anything back and it did not cover the gas.
Michael PI appreciate that Bieber is small, but I wish that it had more equipment. They only had a dolly and my Model A has narrow tires with the combination resulting in my car falling off and rolling through Burns, Oregon on its own. Fortunately, no damage to anyone. Yes, I regularly checked the straps every 30 miles or so. After that I reduced it to every 20 miles and had to loosen the straps, straighten the wheels, and move the anchor to the center of the wheel twice as the car had actually bounced several inches to the passenger side. I don't think U-Haul should even carry car dollys.

Cory WOur only concern is that Uhaul was dropped off at 6:00 P.M. day after pickup. Because Uhaul website was down, unable to document. We were charged more money, and hoping it can be corrected. This was no fault of the personal.
