The clerks didn't know how to check out the U-Hauls. The manager who knew wasn't available. Thank God that there was a remote person that could get it checked out. Took a lot of time before I figured it out. Best just to call uhaul. Normally I like to physically speak to a person. Not in this case.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey did not discuss with me the drop off time. I was not aware I had only 2 days to load, travel 6 hours, and unload. I returned it 2 hours late and was charged an extra day. If I had known I would have returned it on time.
William SDropped off and told good to go.. then get another $70 charge
Kelly KLady had like no idea what she was doing when I went to pick it up and then put me on the phone with her boss and never gave me any paperwork with the drop off location like I was told I was going to get so I had to call U-Haul again
