Please make sure when you confirm a reservation the location has a truck ready to go. I had to call the owner and had to be redirected to another location. I work six days a week and today was my only day off. I was little upset to pull up and not see a truck ready....Terry M.
Had a day delay due to high winds. Took over an hour on hold and transferred twice to finally get a very surly lady to finally help. She said I would be charged $20 ...not sure have not received an invoice. My husband returned the trailer to lakeside AZ. The only person helping him was smoking a cigarette while unhooking the trailer. Very unprofessional! Your customer service...reaching a person that can help is terrible.William F.

My rating is for my original location of booking. That location was not open as promised for my 7:30 AM pickup, and at 8:05 when I contacted customer service there was a line of 3 other customers waiting outside the business, also unable to get in. I ended up driving across town to another location to pick up the truck I needed as customer service was never able to make contact with this uhaul location owner or determine why it was not open. Also, my rental cost twice what I anticipated even though I had the rental for half the time planned. Overall it was exceptionally expensive and frustrating. The customer service person that assisted me when I picked up the truck at the Billings grand location was great, she was very friendly and customer service oriented. She saved the day regarding the experience.Heather B.
Absolute worst place to rent from. I've rented from u haul 3 times, every single time I got double charged. And when I called to get it straight they said â€œwe have no idea how that could've happened, so sorry. We will refund your moneyâ€. But it's happened the exact same way all 3 times. I'm just wondering if I wouldn't of noticed it on my bank statement, would I have ever got my refund? NO!! Horrible place to rent from.Preston A.
The lights on my U-Haul trailer wouldn't work. The worker at our pick up point didn't care and said we would â€œbe fineâ€ I drove 3,000 miles with a trailer that didn't have working lights.
