Recommended to all, this was the least painful part of moving day. Quickly and efficiently had me in the truck and on my way within minutes. This particular truck was a big 20-footer that drove like a champ, it's obvious these folks check out their trucks before anyone drives them. 350 miles in this beast and I had no worries and wasn't in the way of other traffic. When you go here, be sure to say hi to Olaf, a little all-white kitten at the time I was there likely to be a valuable team member when he grows up.

HAROLD GI was disappointed with my recent U-Haul rental experience. I rented a truck for 3 days, beginning on 7/12/26 at 9:45 AM, and returned it one day early on 7/14/26 at 9:58 AM. Since I used the truck for less than the reserved rental period, I expected to receive a refund for the unused day. Returning the truck early should have resulted in a credit for the day that was not used, but no refund was issued. I would appreciate U-Haul reviewing this rental and refunding the unused rental day in accordance with their policy, if applicable. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and that U-Haul will provide clearer communication regarding refunds for early returns.
