The location is "By Appointment Only." I had to hook up the trailer by myself. I have experience hitching a trailer, but it would not be good for someone with no experience. The call center was very helpful getting me on my way.

this was not original pickup location. was scheduled to pick up on Sunday, 12/22/24. got text saturday morning that original location was now closed saturday and sunday. called and was told closest location was Hecks and we only had to noon to get there. Was very friendly there. Glad we were available at that time to go. It was our wedding anniversary which is why we did not plan on that day.
