Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe uhaul I had scheduled didn't have the dolly I paid for, doors were unlocked to the vehicle and the transmission was bad. Customer service had me take the uhaul next to it which was literally massive and had pre existing damage to it
Ashley MAnother business is run out of this location. There was nobody there when I went to pick it up and was told by one of the employees of the other business that I was on my own.
Michael CVery poor customer service. The individual would barely talk to me. I will not do business there again. I ordered moving pads, but they did not include them!
Anthony VMaybe have the truck plowed out and not stuck or have two feet of snow on windshield or even better have some one to help you or even know about the codes took a hour for the app and customer service to give me a code
