I paid cash for two packs of boxes which I didn't use, so I brought them back the same day. The attendant said that he couldn't refund cash without the permission of the manager. I had to wait until I brought the truck back to get my money. I made him sign a receipt saying that he accepted the boxes. Why is that? Cash is cash. I gave you my money easily enough; you should be able to give it back just as easily.SUSAN M.

Matthew who worked the desk was great. Contacting U-Haul was extremely frustrating. No ne ever picks up the phone before 15 minutes. The website is also not friendly. I wanted to extend my rental time, was referred to the website by your phone recording, then could not find any place on the website where I could change my order. Very frustrating!!James H.

Maybe a little less reliance on technology. Some information was received electronically after it would have been useful. Tried to arrange a pre-rental tow vehicle inspection but gave up after waiting on hold for approximately 30 minutes. This is uhaul corporate not this local location they were great!Richard T.

I felt bad that when I returned the trailer I learned that the chains should have ben twisted to take up slack. They were not and the chains dragged and now will need to be replaced.Frederick K.
We were originally supposed to pick it up at 3 but then our flight changed to landing at 5:30 after they were closed. We called and they changed it to a lock box pick up. It didnt fully switch over on their system and the app's code wouldn't work. We were on the phone for over 30 minutes and there were workers inside still who refused to help us and said to call the 1-800 number even though they could have easily gotten the key out for us. We had a 5 hit drive and this put us way behindMatthew C.
The only thing I would change is to have more staff working. I've rented a lot of Uhaul Equipment in a lot of locations. Every location was understaffed to the point of considering looking elsewear.William S.

Over all a good experience, however the trailer was not well balanced and even at low tow speeds it seemed to whip and jerk. I needed to put a lot of weight in the back of my pick up to counter and engage my suspension (I have a very heavy duty pick up) eventually we got it figured out.Heidi W.
