The only issue I had was they sold me a lock for the truck that, when I went to use it at I found it didn’t fit the truck. 🛻

Ricky WBetter communication between corporate and local U-Haul sites. Corporate (equipment distribution) did not relay that we had an extra day’s truck rental because we towed a cargo trailer needed in the Bluefield, WV area. She thought we were delinquent and was about to add an extra day’s charges for the truck. On the way to Welch through Bluefield, corporate had not notified the site manager that we were dropping off the towed trailer and she was about to lock the gate. This is a U-Haul issue, not a site manager issue.
