The team at this location is awesome - friendly, efficient, and thorough. The U-Haul mobile app is HORRIBLE. When asked to take pictures of the vehicle and upload, the app failed repeatedly.

RICHARD SAgent was immediately helpful and very quick to help me drop the trailer. We were not storing with them but everything was organized and easy to navigate through with the truck and trailer combo
justin mWhen I dropped off around 1:30, the office was closed and there was a line of people waiting. I would expect there to be at least 1 person in the office at all times. I didn't see an employee in the 15 minutes I was there.
JUSTIN SI came to get the truck at 8 am using the app. I couldn’t get the app to provide the information I needed to get in and get the key until 8:20. I had people coming to help load at 9am. This glitch added to the stress of a stressful moving day
