There were some mix ups here n there, but they fixed it. The Uhaul was dirty, but that's fine. I just returned it how I got it, but did clean out the back since I did make that mess.

No help with pick up they took no pictures I was worried with the cross country trip but all is good
ROGER CWe returned the u-haul on 11/7, Brett handed the keys to a person at the Budget in around 7pm. I had to call the facility on 11/10, 11/12 and 11/13 as it hadn't shown checked in yet. Once it was checked in, we were charged for being late 4 days.
Brett JRude (actually cursed at me), unprofessional (pick-up spot was in the lobby of some seedy motel) and really didn’t know what she was doing. I would never do business with these people again.
Kevin VThe vehicle was not ready when I showed up. It was blocked in two other vehicles. All of the equipment and furniture blankets were not ready. I had to wait for the store to find all of this and put it within the vehicle and get the vehicle out.
