I used the app, which was a good thing as the office was closed for the holiday. I found the app very intuitive, and I breezed through the pick up and drop off process.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe drop off scenario was nothing short of a nightmare. I returned the truck after hours. First... scanning the bar code resulting in a "not recognized" note. After many, many attempts a brief chat, and a phone call - together totaling near an hour, the representative on the phone determined that when the original order was placed (on site at the "We Ship It" location), it was incorrectly entered as a "one way" to be returned to an incorrect location rather than a local although I had specifically told the original rep that I would be returning the truck to the same location. Then, when I received the receipt, the charge was more than $30.00 greater than what was shown on the rental agreement. For some reason - and although I specifically told the original rep that the rental was a 2-day affair - the receipt showed the return as 8:45 p.m. Sunday, August 30. The actual return took place before 7:00 p.m. on SATURDAY, AUGUST 29 and I have some documentation to prove the time of return. So... between the U-Haul system showing the incorrect return location as well as the incorrect return day/time, the rental was seriously incorrect. I represent an organization which rents vehicles about 12 times each year and was looking to switch from a different supplier. Based on the results of this effort, I'm not confidant that U-Haul - although a very convenient location - will be the answer.
Howard SVacuum the dirt and dog hair out of the cab. The hair stuck to my clothing, moving blankets, and items in the cab. Everything else was great!
Shelley HPolicy of renting at a daily rate but then charging double if return is after the customers "estimated" hours required is unfair and should be stopped.
Robert MThe u-haul for the store is too small. The pat was not in the truck when I ordered and it was too early for the store to get it from the store. I had to go buy from somewhere else
