Unsure of the location. called the number and went to a recording that the Voicemail was full. location was confusing and not a salon.

Paul HI agreed to drop the trailer at a Location preferred by U-haul for a reduced fee, I was billed the full fee. I called U-haul the day after dropping off the trailer and spoke to a representative named "Ashley". She stated the trailer had not been checked in yet (almost 24 hours later) and she contacted the drop off point who confirmed the trailer was there and that they'd check it in immediately. Ashley continued that she verified the trailer was checked in and that I was due the reduced rate for the rental. I was still billed the full fee. I would appreciate a refund of the difference to my credit card on file with U-haul. Thank you
