When going to pick up the truck maybe give a “please arrive 15 minutes before rental time to complete[insert following steps]” bc we got there at 11 to pick it up but proceeded to have to do a whole bunch of identification confirmations and pictures of the truck, etc. and didn’t end up getting the keys and driving away until about 11:30. Which all of what was asked for was reasonable I was just upset it cut into our rental time. Unless you already do this and we just missed it I apologize for making you read off of that. Everything else was perfect thank you!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI would highly recommend this company! Thomas is very professional and true to his word.Dumpster delivery and pickup on schedule. Wishing you much success in growing your business.
Beatrice WI don't know if it's the pickup location or if there's another team that services the truck, but the wipes on it need replaced bad, and the headlights need thrown in the garbage. I had to ride with the high beams on from how bad the low beams were. One pointed way left and the were both about as dim as a candle. It made drying after sunset VERY difficult. Liked the dude who checked me out. He was easy to get along with and very nice. Didn't show me anything about the truck though. That would have been nice.
Cody LThe guy at GPONE LLC went out of his way to find us a newer truck with a bluetooth capable radio when I told him we were going a long way. He even drove me to another location for the truck.
