Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFor some reason the U-Haul system doesn’t recognize any of the dropoff locations in Athens, Texas. We had to call HQ each time and give them an address.
Jonatan PParadigm went above and beyond to make sure I had the trailer I needed at the correct location even though Uhaul itself switched my location. They brought the trailer from their Aitken store the night before my reservation so it would be ready for me to pick up in Brainerd. I use this location going forward every time!
Tiffanie KThis location was great. The owner was awesome to work with and answered all my questions. However, I will never use U Haul again as I called more than five times, left messages and requested a call back directly from a manager and no one ever bothered to call me back. The location told me at time of truck pick up that I would be compensated for mileage given I had to change pick up locations and drove 30+ miles out of my way from the location I had previously selected online when making my reservation. Super disappointed with the customer service. I was told U Haul did an “investigation” to see if I was actually told the information I was from the pick up location. After following up with the owner of paradigm automotive he confirmed our conversation and was told that he never granted access to cameras at his store or spoke with U Haul directly.
