Booked it in Midland 4 weeks prior. Every thing went well without a hitch. Management at both locations were helpful and friendly. Thank you staff in Midland , twice, and Brampton once. No improvement necesary
DAVID MI was given the wrong weighted truck, and missed an appointment because of it, costing me $50. As far as I'm concerned Uhaul owes me $50 as a reimbursement for not providing the correct equipment that I had reserved and stated multiple times to emphasize.

CLIFTON MTruck was not clean, a mirror was broken inside and was not clean at pickup including cardboard pieces. Also when i went to use it. The brakes were not appropriate to use and no washer-fluid to clean front mirror. Also the rear door was not properly working and was stuck and didn’t came down during the move. So i was to unload the whole stuff and return back without move and my money goes into vain.
