AARON WCalled the guy several times. There was a note on the door when I arrived saying call here gone for lunch. I put the order in online knowing what I ordered and needed. Guy kept tying to stuff things into the order saying I created the order like that. I knew he was bs’ing. When I showed that I had a screenshot saying the price and everything I had he still tried to extend the time so I get charged more. Orig price was $26 he was trying to get me to pay almost triple initially for just a small trailer. Go to a different location, guy is super unprofessional here.
Erick OBoth times I arrived for pickup and dropoff, there was a sign on the door saying no one was available to help with rentals. Upon calling the number on the paper, the employee opened the door stating "he forgot the sign was there." Not professional at all. I won't use this location moving forward.
