I had to rent the trailer for 2 days even though I was going to be 2 hours over the 24 hour period. And to rent for 2 hours extra was the same price as a whole day. So it cost me double and would have been happy if I could have paid for 2 hours and not cost the same as a whole day

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything went great. The unit was brand new and its surprisingly good on gas. The only issue I had was to pick up my rental truck more than 2 hours away from Winnipeg to Brandon. It affected all the our timetable. I hope next time it won' t again. Thanks to the UHaul pick upnat Domo gas station in Brandon they were great people there.
Simon LVehicle ran very poorly The guy at the front spoke terrible English and was rude
Lindsey HThe van AC wasn't working.. Customer service was appalling and unprofessional by the signout desk officer
Oluseun AI was Domo location and the Little Chiefs location. I am familiar with both of these businesses but not as a pickup or drop off for UHaul. The Domo location is hard to access and difficult to maneuver a trailer in.
