Night before my rental got a call demanding that I have to return my truck to Brandon at the end of rental even though my booking clearly said to be dropped in portage la prairie. This extra travel came out of my pocket and is absolutely bullshit I will definitely advise all friends and family to avoid using u-haul if possible because it was a terrible experience. And the vehicle had garbage in it from the last user still.

valene rUnit was supposed to be ready to pick up via lock box at 8am. Key was never put inside so had to wait an hour till they opened at 9am. The box of the unit was still dirty from the previous rentee, the A/C was barely functional and no cruise control. Completely miserable experience
Andrew TPicked up a 5x8 trailer. The lights did not work. I had to rewire the lights right before the trip in plus 40 Celsius weather. Not impressed!
