The U Haul crew went out of their way to meet meet this location. Everyone at the dispatch office was helpful and kind, and Stephen the local area rep was friendly!

I rated the location as excellent because it was but my overall experience was terrible. I reserved a certain trailer for hauling a motorcycle then when I got to the U Haul location it wasn't there. Had to meet the driver across town at a different location that had the trailer I needed. Made me late to pick up my bike in Toronto.

The dealer wasn't the problem but everything else about U-Haul was.This is the second and last time I will use U-Haul. The customer service and lack of discount and help was made it the worst experience I could of had. Double booking a trailer ,then telling you to drive an hour one way to pick it up,then tell you that one is broke so you need to drive further to get another is just unproffessional. What were they thinking oh wait they weren't.

We got the truck a little early, which was GREAT! and we were completely done in 3 hrs.! Returned truck with no issues, and had speedy, courteous, good service - in & out in no time:) (pretty good for the last Saturday of the month;)

This location was very close to my home in Ontario. The staff were very informative and helpful when I inquired about renting a U-Haul. Very accommodating when I rented the truck. The truck was to have had a full tank of fuel... it did not (this location was having issues with fuel theft). They adjusted the invoice to show it only had a quarter tank of fuel.

The people at Brantford Motorcycle were friendly and courteous. My only disappointment was the condition of the 26' truck. It was mechanically well maintained but the interior of the cab was filthy with garbage and mud everywhere and the cargo compartment was full of mud and dirt that I had to clean before I could use it.

Traiier was available for pick up at the time requested, clean amd ready to go. Location lent me a ball hitch and an adapter, connected the trailer and completed a safety check. Efficient, polite staff. Would recommend the location to others.
