The first location I booked with didn’t have the van even though I made a reservation. The second location it took at least 20 mins to get the keys because the staff didn’t understand what to do. You need to train the people if they are going to give out keys. Really you should have a way to just open the vehicle from the app or open a lockbox with keys to avoid human interaction.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI I pre-booked one utility dolly and 1 dozen of furniture pads. Upon arrival, there was none provided. As a result, my movers refused to accept 'Safe move' insurance.

DAVID KEverything was maintained well. The gentlemen were courteous, helpful, and informative.
MARYJOANP MThe supermarket was very unorganized in regards to how to handle U-Haul rentals. Nothing about it was simple or “mobile” there was no key drop box I had to deal with the supermarket employees who spoke very little English. Overall experience with extremely poor. Also the horn didn’t work, and truck needed an oil change.
