The UHaul app was not working properly and there was no wifi available. It was a Sunday, so the office was closed. I wasted 2,5 hours trying to upload my photo/driver's license and did a few Live Chats. My location was not recognized and I kept getting kicked out of the system. Apparently the entire UHaul system was down. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. UHaul needs better technical support.
