The bill charge is to much. he charged me double the price for a distance of 99 kilometers. they take the money from my account without my consent. I am not really happy. I can't use any more U-haul thanks.

There should be in place partial reimbursement due circumstances beyond a customer's control. When closing on a home so much depend on factors that can't be controlled. The truck i rented sat on my driveway for 4 hours waiting for the seller of our new home to get back to us. I was charged full price after informing them at uhaul.

This was the worst experience I've had moving in my adult life. I booked a truck one month in advance for a Saturday in August. My husband went to pick up the truck 30 minutes earlier for our reservation. No truck. An hour. No truck. 2, 3, 4 hours later still no truck. No help to even find another truck from the location in queens. Finally they sent him to another uhaul location in NYC because they had a truck. He gets there after they promised him the truck would be ready to go when he got there. THERE WAS NO TRUCK. They keep him waiting another 40 minutes, then they find him a truck. It wasn't a truck, it was a VAN. We were moving a two bedroom apartment. They people at that location flat told him there was nothing to be done even though we had already paid. We call the corporate number and the only truck available is an hour away in Bridgeport CT. So we drive the hour to get the truck. Why did nobody give us that option literally 6 hours earlier instead of wasting an entire day when we had movers WAITING. Finally a month after this awful experience uhaul is STILL writing me with citations charges - which is a lot of nerve considering the money we spent in cabs going from uhaul to uhaul waiting for trucks that were never there. Not to mention the money in gas to drive to Bridgeport from queens and then to MA. Truly the worst customer service I've ever received. And for those wasted two hours we got a $50 discount. That's it. And now we're still being charged.

First time I made reservations online they switched my reservation to another location. Second time, they charged me for another day due to their lack of vehicles available. I was only allowed to have it for 3 hours. Will never use this location again

Train better at customer service. Have the workers understand the problem then assuming the customers knows the process. Also my name is Petrice I reserved the truck under my information but somehow got everything under my fiancee William. Very upset and disappointed never had a problem in all my years renting trucks till now.

Equipment lot was completely full, attendant tried to make us back the trailer to get to a different entrance--very unprofessional. Both places, unfortunately, are AVERAGE for uhaul which is notoriously poor in customer service.

The customer service I received over the phone was outstanding. Very courteous and helpful. I have to say I was surprised by the level of professionalism I received while making the reservation. At the pick up location the truck was not ready at the time of the scheduled pick up. It had to be cleaned and the supplies I rented had to be placed in the truck. This delayed the pick up by 25 minutes. I completed the on-line portion of the check in prior to arriving to help expedite the pick up process. The drop off process went much smoother the following day. Overall a good experience.

I rented the U-Haul truck two weeks in advance and when we arrived at the location the truck was not available. I don't understand the point of making a reservation if it can't be kept. Thankfully another llocation had it but we had to drive there and it took time out of our day.

I'll never rent from Uhaul again. When I returned truck, the employee told me just to leave truck in front and drop key in box. I rented a large space from your storage facility on premise. I could've unload before 8pm as I had until noon the next day to return it, and I live only 2 miles from location. Uhaul charged me $20 for after hour drop off. That's completely unfair.

Horrible customer service. The staff had to count the money about 10 times. Do not inform customer of options suitable for their move. Manger was extremely rude until I threatened to call Human Resources. Nonchalant about making the customer experience good.

Have ny reservation correct. I reserved a 15' truck and someone had it down as 10', and then waited over an hour to have the problem fixed. And the general manager could be a little more friendly given the mistake was on her end.
