The moving blankets in the truck were soaking wet, so I couldn't even use them. The blankets and the dolly are mounted in a spot where they are in the way when you're trying to load furniture in the truck— I had to move them and when I returned it, they charged me for the dolly even though I explained I just had to move it out of the way, I didn't even use it. When we first picked up the truck, the guys at the front desk (I believe Devon & Dejuan) were awesome and really helpful, but I can't say the same for the person I dealt with when I brought the truck back. If I ever move again, I'll probably just end up renting a POD. The 24 hour rental period is unrealistic, and $200 for 36 hours seems a little ridiculous when I could have a POD for a month for $700.

I had to travel 50 miles out of my way to pick up my items... I should being told in advance to prepare. This reservation was made over week in advance..finally upon my destination I drop off after hour was charge for not checking out on line...

I appreciate the cleaning around COVID but the interior windshield was so splashed with whatever is used that I could barely see through it. The truck was used by a smoker prior to me and there were still ashes and odor.

No one knew what they were doing. The quote I got over the phone was different the when I go there which was again different from when I brought the van back. I had to wait forever to be waited on even though I had a set time. It was a terrible experience.

The 1-800 number service was AWFUL, and the reservation process was terrible. You have no way to know where the equipment is located nearest to you unless you call around to all the local uhauls yourself, and they tell you to use they 1-800 service. The online reservation service is even worse because they let you make a reservation, when there is no equipment there! Overall terrible terrible experience, but saved by a really good experience with this particular Bridgeton location.

Brandon was awesome!. He helped me select a couple accessories to purchase so I could hook up a trailer I rented and then installed them while showing me so I'm good for next time. Very friendly and professional even when I showed up at closing time by mistake. I thought they closed later then they did but he acted like no big deal and helped me same as if I was first customer of day. Thanks again!

What you can improve is don't tell me that I cannot reserve a vehicle tell me to come in the next day on a first come first serve basis and then keep the vehicle I need to someone who reserved it overnight when I was told I couldn't and then be told that I would get $.39 a mile and still be charged the full price of the van that I got it was extremely inconvenient and I would never get a U-Haul from you guys again

The car hauler that I was given was old and badly damaged. The agent was not knowledgeable of make and model tow vehicle I was using and consequently made my experience very unpleasant. He also neglected to fasten the automatic brake chain in the event the carrier broke free of the toe vehicle. this was a dangerous oversite.
