I dropped it off in the 5th! I wanted to get rid of it sooner because the check engine light was on. The cab was absolutely filthy! Their where chips and chocolate balls on the floor and center console. There trash and dirt and the cab and the trailer. It was filthy and there was also filthy cockroaches! I found a box cutter blade. And someone’s plastic pass was in the cab.it was white with blue writing. I don’t remember the name on it I think the name John was hand written on it with a black sharpie. There was also animal hair. It look like someone had a small cat or dog and let it run all over the front dash. The trailer had wooden painted floors… they where torn up.. I have rented from two places in Ocean City and both trucks and the place I rented from were great. This man made everything difficult. There was also something going on with my phone when I was using the app plus Google Maps. The place I was renting from was extremely sketchy. It was a gas station… I tried to clean it and sweep it. And I cleaned the trailer the best I could… I have pictures from when I was using it of it cleaner and before I also have pictures of the fuel and the receipt…. It was really shady and so was the business next door. I talked to the gas attendant at Royal Farms the other gas station. They told me it’s really normal for them to be difficult and gross.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFolks at Carroll Mart were great! My only complaint is that when I tried to book the rental on line, the Carroll Mart location did not appear on the list of drop off locations. Although the Carroll Mart is less than 1/2 mile from our location, the list of drop off sites provided on the on line reservation system were a minimum of 20 to 25 miles away. Just seems like a way for u-haul to make extra $$.
