Don’t get me wrong. The vendor was good. My dissatisfaction is with U-Haul itself. They texted me the day before my pick up that they were changing my three week old reservation from 5 miles away to 30 miles away. I was able to change it to Bridgewater. That was the nearest place but that was 54 miles round-trip which was about $80 of my cost and when I got there the dolly I had reserved also three weeks in advance was not available. Do you think you guys would still stick to the old model where they were secured in each vehicle, and if you broke the seal, you paid the rental fee. That’s more money you could’ve made, but didn’t and then I was scrambling to get a dolly even though I reserved one. I think you guys should offer me a rebate based upon the inconvenience no dolly and an extra 20 miles each way with 24 hours notice not happy about that.

PRIMUS CDon't rent u hauls from them. They charge ypu extra money when they shouldn't be. They dont properly check you into a vehicle. I also had to wait an extra hour because they never put the key in a lockbox for mobile pick up. They charged me 40 dollars for fuel when the truck only had 1/8 of a tank when I left the lot and I returned it with a 1/4. Losers.
Elizabeth RThe owners at Fritz were all extremely nice. There were challenges with getting connected to UHaul to process registration. We had to do all of that through the app on our phone. The truck was clean, however the left rear tire needed air. It was filled by Fritz prior to leaving. We no sooner left the lot and the check engine light came on, along with the air pressure for left tire again. Given we were going short distance we continued. The radio did not work in the vehicle either. These were the reasons I said "no" to the well maintained question above.
