Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisClose the location, poor customer service
MANUEL MI was told that I would get 50 off if I used this location. I was charged despite telling multiple people. I originally ordered my truck closer to home and uhaul called me to ask me to switch. I also had trouble picking up and dropping it off because the app wasn't working. I will use another truck rental place next time. Never uhaul again
Elyse GGood staff ,nice gentleman
Mohamed BI’m honestly frustrated by these charges. It was already very difficult to pick up the truck because the app kept freezing repeatedly, and customer service was very slow. Now I’m being charged both for fuel and a fuel service fee, which feels excessive, especially since I only drove 12 miles. I would appreciate it if these charges could be reviewed. Thank you.
