DOUGLAS MAlways able to get a hold of Tim with ease even when we need the smallest thing like the pad's & appliance dolly this morning he's usually always on location and Open's earlier than other's i can say there is never any need for improvement my family has been coming to him and his Father Roy since the early days back at Chevron in the 70's & 80's Roy has since past but Tim continues the heritage of the business with Uhaul since 1959 his father and his his Uncle Elmer started back when smiles were plentiful kindness was from the heart and Dollar bill went a long ways Tim has lot of old school kindness we all still need .
lee cHe cheated me out of mileage, which at pick up I was told he always cheats you out of at least $30. He said I drove 35 miles over, when I was given 85 miles; my move was 32 miles & then to return was another 7 miles back totalling 39 miles. He did give me extended time for free however, for being sick the next day move, yet, that does not allow him to cheat someone mileage. And when you are warned from the PICK UP SERVER that this will happen, than it is happening too much. Monticello KY to Somerset KY is less than 30 miles, so im wondering how did I go over 85 miles?!?!?☆ Just be aware if u use this drop off location.
