The man at the desk was very helpful! He stayed with me while I sorted out a payment issue and explained how the rental worked and how to return the equipment safely. My move went without a hitch!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisKurt was friendly and made the rental process very easy.
RUSSELL CThere’s so many hidden fees we were unaware of. We were lead to believe the original price would be $200 which we paid picking up U-Haul, plus maybe a little more for fees. when we dropped the U-Haul off it charged us an additional amount for environmental fees and what not. All in all as a single family trying to take a leap of faith in life, U-Haul screwed us we ended up paying $540. I could’ve bought half a trailer of my own with those funds. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN.
