I was unable to get the keys out of the lock box for approx 45 min, because the numbers on the digital lock were unreadable. The location personnel were very helpful, but they had no recourse, stating they had requested UHAUL multiple times to replace the lock box. This will affect whether I use UHAUL again, NOT because the location, truck or personnel there did not perform as they should, but because a requested replacement of a lock box had not happened.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThank you, I will rent a truck again soon!
DENISE BWe had to replace windshield wipers; which were shredded. It was an inconvenience to go to a different location to get a car dolly. Uhaul should have the truck and dolly ready to go at one location.
ANNETTE SI had a little trouble with the app but other than that it was great
Guy MReservation and pick up were exemplary: clear, simple, courteous, and easy!
