The truck was not cleaned in the cargo area. The truck was so loud you could not here the radio and needed hearing protection to drive it.

The equipment was definitely clean but something was for sure wrong in the engine or something because it was so overwhelmingly loud like parts were missing or something. The engine light was on when I got in it to start driving. It wouldn't drive over 55mph and had difficulty accelerating. It probably needs a tune up or some work done. The team and the staff were incredible and this won't deter me from renting from this location again--I know it's just an equipment thing and sometimes equipment just needs a tune up.

ANGELA LNovember 2024 1st Rental Took 3 minutes to check truck in. Clerks were fast, excellent communicators and very nice! Location was very easy to find. 2nd rental return was as great as the first. Again 3 minute return no issues at all with great customer service.
