I was pleased when i called over the phone what it was going to cost to rent a trailer. I was shocked what i had to pay once i picked up the trailer for a one day move i had to pay for two days which i think is unreasonable.

Worst rental exspirience I've ever had, rude, called in for help and didn't even get the return call that was supposed to come in...I would not recommend this location ever or uhaul to anyone....I was told swveral things about pricing and locating an pick up n drop off and they were not even accurate and then I was over charged a rediculess price at drop off...I will take my business elsewhere from now on...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were ready for me when I arrived. They hitched up the trailer quickly and I was in my way. The trailer was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place. I'll be back again.

I requested a dolly but it wasn't on the truck. Also, I was called after pick up to say my card did not authorize. I was moving so I missed several calls. Thankfully, I finally saw the missed ones and called back to provide my card info again because if I had not I was told the truck would be reported stolen. It just really could've been a better experience.

When you rent something for a day you would think it is for at least 8 or 24hrs. not 6 that is the only issue i have with U-haul
