No improvements… the whole experience was amazing…Great customer service

Patrick VWent to drop off the truck at 9:30pm intending to leave the key in the drop box. Miles allowed, I was 2 under, and the gas was dead on where it should be. Got there and the gate was locked, had to drive back home. When arriving the next morning I told them i had come the night before and the gate was locked, their reply was "Yes, we do that". I told them I had been there the night before and the numbers were good but then but had to drive home and back because of the gate. She said that she would take care of it. When leaving I did notice the drop box on the side of the building, no point that being there right? The next day I saw my credit card had been charged an additional $29.55. No receipt or explanation has been texted or e-mailed to me. NOT HAPPY!
