The equipment was in good condition, and I returned the van after refueling it to the same fuel level as when I received it. However, when I received the final bill, I noticed that I had been charged for an additional four gallons of gas. I do not understand why this charge was added, as I made sure to refuel the van before returning it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStore owner Don't open the store on time. He is not friendly
Abir UThe location was not unlocked at 11AM at opening. This is a very run down corner store. The person took 45 minutes to get me the U-Haul. The store was filthy and I was asked multiple times to buy something from people soliciting outside the store. Overall an awful experience.
Michael DThe business was closed and did not open at the scheduled time it was supposed to. My reservation had none of the equipment that it was supposed to be on the truck. I had to drive to another Uhaul site to get the rest of the order and it set back my date a bit.
