Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy original drop off location was changed and I was not notified. I was then rerouted to a different location which was closed for the next 4 days. Dispatch said I could remove the trailer from my truck, however I could not lift the trailer from my hitch. I was then routed to a 3rd location, Mohave Storage, and they were wonderful and extremely helpful!! Very disappointed with my U-Haul experience and thankful Mohave Storage was friendly and helpful!
Kerry TThe location was closed at drop off.
