there was noone at the location when we dropped it off. they did answer the phone but we were unsure if they would know we dropped it off.

Location is poorly lit in a sketchy part of town, there are no lights surrounding it and it was difficult to recogize this was even a uhaul location
Veronica A.It has no lights in the country and a house beside it you wouldn't know that is a U-Haul place in a small little building.
JASMIN L.They closed early so I had to do a after hours pick up. I never did that before so it took a little bit longer to get the truck.
Keith K.Operator was fine to do business with, however the trailer we rented was a terrible experience. The driver, my husband, has years of experience in towing trailers - we own 4 of them. The rental trailer constantly fish-tailed, leaving us with an extremely stressful day of driving. It was definitely a safety issue.
