staff is super friendly and renting a truck was as easy as 1, 2, 3 , I tried renting a truck on line of the web site which was a disaster after three times I packed it in and went to location to rent the truckOtto H.

This location doesn't come up in the online searches, instead it list only the associatedbstorage only location. I made the booking at that location, then called the day of the rental to confirm where to go, went to the vehicle location only to find that my booking was cancelled. It was thankfully rebooted because they had vehicles. Could have been worse if there were no vehicles available. The truck rented was dirty inside, food in cab, inside window filthy, outside needed a wash.DONALD C.
PLEASE take steps to make the key drop off box easier to spot and closer to the vehicle drop off area. I had no idea that it was a small nondescript orange box with no light or sign to indicate its use, and it was probably 100 feet from the vehicle drop off area. A U-Haul van was parked in front of it, which further complicated finding it. It was dark and the end of an extremely difficult day of driving 500 kilometres and packing up my 2 bedroom apartment. It took me about 10-15 minutes of very frustrating searching and walking around the building to find this box and had it been -30 in the winter or raining in October, this would have been even worse. Put a lighted sign there. Please. This is the Mainway/Burlington U-Haul centre I'm referring to.ALEXANDERGEORG B.

During our move we had a terrible tragedy and loss of a loved one. Unfortunately the truck we rented was a 26' er, which was in high demand. Trying to deal with this loss, funeral, being there for the rest of the family, while trying to move into our new place, was mentally and physically exhausting. We were unable to make our elevator booking due to the funeral so we had to keep the truck a few more days then expected. Tracy was the perfect combination of being sympathetic to our situation, while still remaining professional as far as letting us know that the truck must be back. Thank you Uhaul staff and especially Tracy for making a horrible time in our lives a little less stressful.ROSEMARYERINA D.

I originally booked a 5x8 trailer but was given a 6x12 trailer (at no extra charge) due to a tail light being out on the original 5x8. I was great full for the easy fix by staff. I was surprised that this large UHaul location had no staff that knew how to replace a light bulb in the trailer tail light. Perhaps some staff training on simple fixes might help in the future........just a thought.....thank youRandall C.

The online after hours return process was terrible. The website links wouldn't work, it was difficult to navigate and there was no online support available. Calling in my cellphone resulted in a ridiculously long wait which I eventually abandoned. As a consumer I'm extremely weary of hearing the standard â€œwe are experiencing a higher volume of calls than usualâ€ message. Frankly it's a load of malarkey. You are not sufficiently staffing your call centre to provide good customer service. You asked, here's your response.Daniel S.

The service person is not friendly for a customer. And she always did bad behavior and made a terrible customer service. For example, I rent a trailer for 24 hours, and pickup at 8 am Saturday morning, should return back same time Sunday morning . But the uhaul (in mainway, Burlington) will open at 9am on Sunday. The uhaul service guy, she want me to return the trailer back at 8am in Sunday morning, even the uhaul will not open at the 8am until 9am. This is second time she did it. She said I have to be there at 8am, otherwise I need pay $160 for the penalty .Cheng G.
