Proper parking spots for the trucks, and a proper key drop off. I was told to park on a muddy boulevard. Had to literally drive over the sidewalk. Was also told if I can’t find a spot, park it anywhere on the metered road parking. In addition to all this, I was instructed to leave the vehicle unlocked, and the keys inside. Felt very uncomfortable doing this especially leaving it overnight. Apart from the parking situation and the drop off instructions, the experience was pretty average.

VAHID FI was disappointed that there were no moving blankets that I pre ordered. That said it all worked out fine.
Lori BThe owner or the person who deals with uhaul is very rude and don’t know how to communicate. I got my truck without gasoline.
