I specifically chose 24/7 mobile pickup to ensure a smooth, contactless start on moving day. To prevent any issues, I visited this location a day prior, and the store owner personally verified my reservation and confirmed the truck would be ready. At 8:30 AM on the scheduled pickup date, the mobile check-in failed because the dealer had not authorized the order on their system. U-Haul dispatch confirmed over the phone that the owner forgot to release the vehicle, forcing me to travel an additional 10 km to a different dealer to secure an alternate truck. The negligence at this location disrupted my entire moving schedule.

Amrit PHaving pickup places like this does not present well for UHaul. The person I'm renting from barely spoke a little English. No instructions related to renting the uhaul were provided. The uhaul itself was making a strange loud sound when idling and needed mechanical inspection. Right driver side tire had a slow leak in it. Truck back had also not been swept out by previous renter.
